Can anyone tell me about time skips and where they are in my system.

You can loot them from NPCs (Robber Barons, Barbarian Towers etc), or get them as event rewards (Nobility Contest, Nomad) etc

You can loot speed ups through rbcs or get them through rewards. You use them to skip building time and time used to send troops to other places. The button is found next to the "Ruby skip". When you press on it you select what time skip you want to use (10 minutes, 30 minutes etc) then it will skip the time!
