Hello,

Can you guys tell me this:
I have a commander with range strength (+90%)  so i would like to know can i receive extra 30% bonus in courtyard like (90+30)?
Or is it 90% max even in courtyard?

It does stack.  So your 90% range, plus 30% from defeating all 3 walls, plus if you have any courtyard gems all add up.

Normally people separate the range and melee bonus from the CY bonus though.

but the 30% is added for all troops, so if you have a 90 range commander, but sent melee troops, they will also get the +30% in the crtyrd
