How do i recapture an outpost that was mine 
back from another player?  How will my flag  be over it again?

Is there anyway of abandoning an outpost?

how do I abandon my OP, and then capture a larger OP that is being offered to me?

go into the OP you wish to abandon. on the lower right tab, there is a wood crate (next to the recruitment tab). the crate is labeled "economy". click it, and then click the throne labeled "management" that pops up. a new menu appears, and the lower right option is "abandon OP". you have 3 hours after clicking it to change your mind, after that it is irreversible. it takes 24 hours total to drop an OP, and you need to own one for i believe 24 hours before you can drop it

follow the above steps, and then send a capture attack at the OP your being offered, in the same way you captured your current OPs
