Guys, I think you are being too critical of the samurai event. Here's why-
It gives you coins.
Beri soldiers are much better than glory title soldiers so I'm not very eager for FC & you should also work in beri not in FC.
Looots of food & resources
The chance of winning a jackpot on the cheapest card is pretty big atleast 40%. And, You get troops 1 out of 4 times as I have found out. So, you have 10% chance of getting 100 troops. Which means 10 troops everytime from jackpot. This is almost same as nomads. But, you also get loads of rubies, coins, other jackpots, troops, vip time, vip points, food, wood, stone, etc.
If you want to take risk then play for 9K rubies in the medium card. If you play it right, you should have 9K rubies everytime the event comes round.... not bad for me at all.

yes but the beri event is nicer towards no ruby buyers who don't necessary can hold large armies that's why beri is good and things like this pi** us all off

The event is garbage. Outside of the coins there is no benefit. Yeah you get tons of loot but you can do that with the nomads where you stand a better chance of meaningful rewards. If they were going to make it virtually the same as the nomads then why the pointless card game? Use the tokens like tablets and cash them in for armor, PO pieces etc. I've played the card game 6 times and won almost nothing of value. Change the card game or scratch the event altogether.

Done about 5 cards so far. 1 medium 1 for 120 tokens and 4 cards that cost 30 tokens. For the medium card I got 150 wood. Explain how that is a good reward for 120 tokens. On the other cards I got some tools and like 5 crossbows one time. Change the fucking card game and make it like nomads.

it is very easy to get the jackpot prize once in 3 games. And the jackpot atleast is very valuable.

Tried both the cheap and medium games... both have 10 prize cards and 10 'lose' cards so initially your chance of picking a prize is 50/50... however.. after you've successfully picked a prize that chance for the second prize card goes down to 9/10 or 45 % 3rd card is 40 % fourth 35 % and fifth & winning card is 30 %...assuming you've picked all winners beforehand
However the chances of picking 5 straight winners are thus ( if my maths are correct) 30% of 35 % ( which is 10.5%) of 40% ( which is 4.2% ) of 45% ( which is 1.89%) of 50%...which works out as 0.945%. That actually improves to 1.89 % if you're allowed 1 failure and almost doubles again to 3.4 if you're allowed 2.

Actually, just realized the percentages are wrong but the maths is right. Mate, we spend more soldiers than what we earn, we probably spend 1k troops and only get 100 soldiers back...
There are some good things with this event, but sadly there is much more bad things about this event than good.
Maybe you were lucky to get great stuff, but there are many out there who don't.
This event is pure gambling and thats why i don't like it

I am pretty sure that the rewards on the cards are not fixed. Looks like the game decides what reward to give you AFTER you pick the card, not before. I got 3 crosses in three games IN A ROW.
In wheel of fortune, the reward is decided just when you click on spin. I have seen it, if you get premium, then you can see the King's Market button change to golden AS SOON AS YOU CLICK SPIN. And whichever jackpot you choose in it, doesn't matter.
P.S: The participation price is just "awesome". I got 12 minutes of premium time for 10 tokens. *facepalm*

I've won 240 rubies at least, though. I wouldn't advise doing the medium/high cards though...

So I'm a newb and low level, and the fact that the event seems not that great aside, I'm still cleaning camps cos the resources are good. I do wanna use the tokens though and I was saving for the most expensive card game. But now... Idk. Should I just roll on the cheapest game whatever I get
