the helmet and weapon are fully upgraded, the armour is at level 14 and artifact is level 12 .

Hey Tony,
I'd say we dont see the melee-range bonusses... lol
but nice one
beri comanders will be very nice also
lion eq at tech+20 =90-90 range melee - 50 moat - 90 wall -35 gate - 45 GP - 60 speed - 60 late detect
bear eq at tech +20 = 90-90 melee range - 60 moat -80 wall -40 gate - 40 GP - 65 late detect - 55 speed
if you can get the hero it will add +25% in courtyard+ 20% more soldiers per flank.
i think i got a way to get the hero not buying hero... but i am not sure, and it will be a lot more dificult on bigger servers...

....how many coins did u spent at technicus ? :-P
and... why did you put front gems on it ??
and... how many rubies did you spend to get the foreigners items ?
the problem is that these items aren't very easy to get one by one each event and even worse on bigger servers...
it stays a very nice one and certainly possible to get but only being very active and efficient as i see it.

Really nice commander, gave me some ideas actually thanks.
However the foreign gear is a pain to get, possible but hard if u want to avoid spending rubies.

Okay guys i got most of these before the update of FC , i make an awfull lot of red flags for the FC event , also many mantletts all wood tools but mostly i make a lot of horse tails from Nomads , and yes your right a lot of wood tools again
I save all my tools that i get as gifts , as for coins . Well i think the technic has change in a strange way , i spent 10million coins today to get 2 pieces from level 12 to 20 and level 14 to 20 this is far too much to upgrade a few levels.
but i attack towers quite a lot. to make coins, so it is what it is. so what i am saying if you are dedicated everything is possible.
But this commander is second best to the SUPER COMMANDER as for gems yes i should have put more courtyard gems on it but i have 2 more pieces to replace them just need to make coins to upgrade them.

yeah right tons of tools to get this result.. unlike berimond... i think it is much easier than foreigners...
for techncus u can try to wait 15-20-30 seconds each time before upgrading. this seems to work worse than before but better than nothing

That commander is a nice one yes, mainly good for long distance so they don't see you coming so soon.
Im not sure what the definition of "super commander" is...
To me its all about the courtyard, the battle is mostly in the courtyard.
You can't really get any better then the Foreign Lord commander. It has the highest CY of most commanders, even beats the highlander. And the FL commander wasn't hard to get....now they have changed it though.
Just my opinion..

nice awesome commander i just need the foreigner artifact but now a days it just gives the brestplate and helmet or hero weapon and artifact are appearing very rarely
