Topic: [293775] Where to put your rubies: Advice for non-buyers

Not necessarily. Hornby has a point; you'll be more helpful to your alliance if you can support your comrades - same with them. I don't have fully decked out bakeries yet, but I've already started spending on stables. With all the events going on, looting is something that can keep you going for a while; a bakery is only a little boost to the amount of time you have left every night, so a stable is worth the purchase.

It also depends on how active you are, and as Hornby already stated, if you're in a fairly large alliance or not. If you can only get online sparingly, it'll be more difficult to loot so you can comtinue feeding your troops, so you'd focus on upgrading your bakery for lower food consumption.

A bakery is a big boost to how many troops a person can hold.

Still say stables is better in every way, can feed your troops faster, should be relying on loot, not food production/consumption
except the difference in having each troops consuming 4/6 food and 2.4/3.6 food per hour is huge.
Or just have the troops anyway and feed them with loot... ;)

you're not a non-buyer, so you don't have the correct perspective.

besides, barracks help you feed them with loot.

I was a non buyer for a long time, and still remember it, loot is the answer, could afford most of the ruby buildings without buying, I say most, some of them, level 4 bakery, level 3 stables, level 3 WT

Bakery should be a priority since in ice/sands/peaks all the towers will be close to you so a few seconds less travel time won't make much difference to your looting. In green I would expect non-buyers to have found outposts with stables at a high level already so there should be no need to upgrade those.

I will only upgrade my stables to level 2/3 once I have bakery lvl 6 and WT lvl 3 everywhere.

this-

and loot is very easy, if you want massive food; just find a few inactives, and hit them every night :)
can have +10k loot from gems and +10k loot from hero.

Not really....
Having these things do not make you a good player...
Your weekly loot and how you perform in events is what makes a player good...

If u have stables then u can hit fc much faster than others if u have bakery u can hit all four nomanf camps at a time this is what u need in evnts without these things u may win events at lower lvls but u can't sustain at higher lvls wich am dng now i neglected upgrading my bakery and now iam unable to keep enough sols and have to loot fud instead of resources to kep them alive and not upgrading stables resulted for me to attack fc it takes one hrs even after spending max rubies whereas others reach the fc on ten mins

Lv3 stables and max rubies still take 50mins for me to get there also FL isn't really a priority as far as event goes the horrors are nice and all but nomad/samurai are much more importent

Yeah...with a Glitchgame Empire nomads and nomads 2.0 are not better priorities. FC rewards are nice with Horrors, but I don't play as much to be able to get them (throw as many noob (or as I should say, n00b) jokes, but I'm not on this game taking care of a virtual empire 24/7!!) I prefer to smash the non- shiny wood outpost of an inactive ruby buyer.

Wow.

What level are you? 30 or 60? Hard to tell...

Attacks, lots of RBs, barabarians, free rubies...construction crane yes, watchtower yes...save some to open gates..otherwise keep saving, don't waste on rubie troops, don't heal ruby troops, u get them free

Ehmmm... Nomad/samurai are better priorities as you can get good deco, good cast and good comms from them

And four hits in five days without buying rubies was enough to get me in top 50 so I don't play 24/7 either

What I'm saying is nomads is a glitch trap where there's over a hundred messages about the subject are in a thread.

maybe nomands is a glitch in some servers but mostly in india1 server i never found such glitches in nomands so i prefer to upgrade my stables and  bakery 1st and then make sure i hit 4 camps at a time if u have built enough mantlets then u can easily be in top 25 without spending much rubies in my view i keep making rubies until i max out my stables and bakery later u can concentrate on watchtower cuz  u can get good equips for both commanders and castellans

[4311631] kojo123 (IN1) [IN1] :: Feb. 24, 2016, 12:04 p.m.
and also some one said that even after havng a LVL 3 stables it takes them  50 mins to reach a fc no thats absoluetly wrong  cuz even after havng a lvl 1 stables i reach in 49 mins  but if ur research is done and u have lvl 3 stables and u can  use the max rubies or feather and had vip 10 then u will not need more than 10 to 15 mins to reach a fc
