They're not going to create a new server for every person who asks for one because they find the game too hard. I suggest looking in to single player, offline games if the concept of multiplayer games seem too hard for you.

It isn't hard to become good in Asia 1. It's ridiculously easy to come in the top few winners. You just need to be wiling to invest some hours of time and effort and possibly join a good alliance.
