I heard the cherry bloom from the samurai event goes over 90/90 for melee and range but was caped, will GGE remove cap with upcoming updates that allowed the shapeshifters too go up higher?

Hero bonuses and set bonuses are an exception to the cap. That is why those coms/casts go above 90 90
