Hey guys, i had make some test on robber barons, and that is my question: I know that mantlets can reduce the ranged line units power to 0%, but, can ladders reduce the wall bonus to negative? If yes, they can in this manner weaks the wall defenders? or they can just put the bonus to 0%? Thanks for answer!

Nope, wall tools only reduce wall bonus to 0%

yes. wall, gate, moat, range go to 0%.

why spoiling tools to reduce anything if you can win without using tools, and without loosing attack units ?

It was a test Soeur. Against players and high level NPC, tools are a must! Without it, you looses will go up like a rocket.

in ice max tower no tools need for towers attack just middle

sand just ladders attack left and right flank

fire just ladders and rams left middle and right  


fire and sand the better the commander with reduce tool in fire ladder needed is 6,5,6 ladders

sand 4, 6 ladders
