A. gge fixes points problem gives everyone what they missed out on 
B. gge fixes problem says compo on way it takes ages or never arrives
c. gge fixes problem says you have to send in ticket which you get no reply
d gge fixes problem and makes kala longer as there answer ignore all problems it has caused

d sounds likely but politically not reasonable, A sounds best because I would shoot up from nothing to first place on asia server. c is not likely, they would send us a compo with 1 wooden ladder and 1 siege tower or something terrible like that and support is just generally pathetic, they need to hire a call centre somewhere. the ticket is the name of the email btw
