Here is how to Navigate and Craft Items with the Construction Yard.
1. Open up the Construction Yard
2. Click the Craft Build Items Image:
3. When there you will see Blueprints which enable you to craft various different Build Items:
4. Hover Over the Blueprints to see what each Item's Bonus gives you, as you can see this item gives me a wood boost to my Forest Lodges:
5. When you find one that you want to build, click the Craft Button:
6. There you have a level 1 Build Item in which you can upgrade, you can see how many levels it can be upgraded to by looking back at the blueprint, it states that the wood item can be levelled up to level 10 with the higher the level the higher the boost. In order to upgrade the item click the arrow button:
and then again click the Craft button.
7. When you have got it to a level of your liking you can then place it on a forest Lodge by clicking the Assign Build Items button:
8. From there click the Forest lodge from the list and then place the item in the slot available:
Have a look at the blueprints and see what you want most, there is food bonus', bigger barrows, bigger storage, more troops on barrack slots and much more. Prioritise what you want and what level you want them at and work on them by getting stuck into events and nobility contests to gain the resources that is required to build them.

good one, wanted a bit more, uncraft steps, a list of materials and how can get em, bcoz some guys thinking that can make materials using wood/stone.

Yeah, was really just for the guys in my alliance and wanted to keep things simply and just show the basics as there were some who looked at it and didn't know what to do. Can always do a follow up though in more detail.

I have a level 3 estate and I am level 46 it says I can improve the estate which icon do I click on as I have lok a dozen times and don't seem to be able to find it

Level 3 Estate is the MAX. Officially, Level 3 Estate = 3 "available castellans". This is why you can only have 3 outposts. If you were to upgrade to Level 4 Estate, you would be able to have 4 outposts.
