I've been using this for a while as well. It's a very nice app.
The video was very helpful, I learned a few things even though I have been doing this for a while.

I used to be able to do this, for a couple of years, and this week found a problem with it. But the checking off of request desktop saved the day. Or rather from now on can save the day.
