                   is this Castilian and equipment any good?

Combad strenght of ranged and melee unites are important. Ranged seems good and melee a good start. Hero is nice, but overal i think that there are improvents possible. Have you tried uping them?

For your level I think that is an ok cast considering but there is room for improvement such as your courtyard bonus, once you go over level 50 it's essential that you really concentrate on casts and making sure that they are always improving in all castles but I would suggest concentrating on one main cast and work off that as you can defend online attacks better with one solid cast. As Lucas has said above, ranged and melee strength are the core stats which you want to focus on in terms of looted equipment but courtyard strength is most important after those and having a courtyard hero is also best suited for offline defense. Try to complete events like kala for easy cast's and comm's as these are usually decent.

Don't be afraid to ask on here or even message experienced players in game as if you are in a smaller alliance then guidance on these things can be hard to come by

Yea only moderators have this style of signature but I'm sure you could design with an even better signature
