Could you please give more details to your problem
You have to go in the others section of the kings market to relocate and you can only do it the first time for free, all the other times it will cost rubies and a lot of them
Sometimes you cannot relocate in some parts because it is too crowded
Lastly you can relocate on ruins, the game will tell you when the ruins will disappear and the game will notify you that they have so you can move there
