I'm rearranging the armor on my castellans.  Does anyone have an efficient system?

I usually just mix and match until I get as close to 90 melee and 90 ranged as I can, but there has to be a better way.

Anyone?

I don't know if you call it efficient or not...
I made up a spreadsheet for commander and castellan equipment.
I listed all the attributes and what level I had "Teched" the equipment.

I then combined the various pieces in the spreadsheet.  It worked for me.
YMMV of course.

If you search around the web a bit you'll find sets that have all kinds of set guides heres a free one anyway,

Always try and get full sets for castellans. the more pieces of the set the better it gets. The current ice championship castellan is very good for a wall gem castellan.
