When I go to log in, It keeps giving me a new castle. I have a castle  'windover" but doesn't give me the option to put in my castle name, and a password. how do I get past this mess.

the actual login is in a drop down at the top right of the entrance screen.
That should let you get back to the original castle you started.

Are you trying to play on a phone or tablet, on the Empire: 4 Kingdoms app? Because the game for pc  and the game for tablet/phone are different.
