Hello,

came across a 6k castle during BC. Sent an attack with KG attackers, 90/90 commander with 70% in cy, the BC castle mainly had vet spearman and longbowman. with a 70/70 commander, first wave killed the 3 flank setup, and the other 3 waves i used horsetails, used 600 kg melee and 600 kg range, only managed to kill 1500, got about 80k glory, is there anything else i could of done to maximize troops killed/glory earned?

Please share your thoughts and tips if any

Better troops mainly and more cry , anything over 4k+ I suggest 100%cry+ or 70% cry and at least 25% flanks if you have 4 waves with 5 waves 70% cut it but I am not 100% sure but definitely better troops

Also when beri comes around, get the imperial bowmen/guards (pretty sure they're better then KG)

The missing info to give any further advise than above would be what "exactly" was in the keep defending?  Often this will be more melee than ranged - or vice versa - so balancing your attack based troops rather than a 50% - 50% mix would help.

In the case of this set up a higher proportion of vet mace - would require more ranged in the keep - for example. assuming they where the higher numbers,

First off, you need a 5th wave. With 5 waves you can take any FL with KG troops, I took a 7k AWHILE back when I first had my 5th, but I also already had an Invader commander. You need the Foreign Warlord, what I call the Invader, it has enough cy and flank on the hero alone to change the batter for ya

Imp. Bow is 124, though I have the Imp. marksmen, which are 132.

Imp. Guard is 135, though I have the Imp. Knight, which is 143.

Also, sometimes they give out the spear women and beserkers for being top 100 in the events. I got some (60 of each) after being top 100 in a RBC nobility contest.

Beserker is 149, the spear woman is 138. Oddly enough, there is NO nobility contest today!

You need:
A fifth wave
vet demon horrors (or at least demons)
100%CY+
A good commander.

(BTW i have all of these and i dont but so no excuses..)
