Question:  Is there a way to set the game sound off so it stays that way and not have to do it every time a person logs on?

Stop browsing in incognito? 

Your cache should store this information. Are you cleaning your cache daily or something?

Yeah I clean the cache every time the game locks up. That is why the setting doesn't stay then?

Correct. When you clear the cache you remove that setting. Clearing your cache when the game locks up is likely not very useful. Generally, I just refresh the page and I have found that to be sufficient. That said, there have been issues that go beyond that. Sometimes you just need to use a different browser.

If you're mobile, but playing on Puffin sucks. 

I use Chrome, mostly, but I also use Edge, Safari, Firefox, and Opera.
