Have occupied a laboratory but want to let go of it to free troops for battles but not finding an option. 

Ending up spending all my food in defending a lab that is not much useful now and not able to fight

Click the OP you want to send troops to. click the "station" in the circle, selsect the troops and send them. You can leave one troop to hold the lab.
