I think after the summer correction of production of special resources, it became obvious that glass production is too inadequate now compared to other types. Even though quantitatively it is in reasonable amount, the required rate is too low to satisfy the demand. Because most of the upgrades of granary, Hall of legends, iron mine, forest lodge, stone works and many other buildings need it, an excess of coal and oil naturally accumulates in all kingdoms. This shows that the prices of building upgrades might need to be revisited again.
This is similar to the situation with resources for crafting the build items, in which the sand is a similar culprit. If such matters to be retained in the future in the Empire, does anyone have any decent way to tackle the issue?

Looting is a risky business, but it might be worth a try. To minimise the risk of retaliation, what do you do?

WTF! I was playing on a level 70 account in fire as little as 3 months ago-ish before I quit (stupid me) and I remember it was something like 100 45 maybe 70 or 80 max glass from each tower (I could be getting it wrong but I remember charcoal is about 1k from a max tower and oil is much less (200?) and glass even less than that, 4500x15=67500 now that's enough for many upgrades of granaries on green per day or even a high level HoL upgrade, just on a 3 hour cycle.
it seems like a 100x or maybe a 50x increase on glass gained from towers ridiculous I used to loot empty castles for it

I found this also so agree with you. The looting glass makes sense but I guess having your glass lab production maxed and building more glass production facilities could also help though perhaps not as much as I'd like. But glass is the most problematic in terms of builds it feels like it is used almost twice as much in builds.asdasdfgsdf (INT1) said:I think after the summer correction of production of special resources, it became obvious that glass production is too inadequate now compared to other types. If you loot enough you don't really need kingdom resource buildings

get 1500 ranged troops. 1000 wooden ladders 1000 wooden rams make sure you are in fire peaks and loot loot loot.... easy glass all day every day. good for coin to. Don't see any problems.... move along.

Or alternatively if you loot and have resource buildings you will have an advantage given that you will produce when offline to supplement what you loot whilst online. Continuing to cling onto to the idea that looting solves all wrongs is starting to look a bit outdated.
