How can i see what meterials more than wood and stone is needed for upgrating buildings like mill, stonecutter and sawingmill
after they reached lvl3 and it sau legendairy is be needed to upgrate that building

You'll need to wait until you're level 70 to upgrade those buildings. Likely they'll need oil, coal, ore and glass to upgrade but that is probably a while off. Don't worry about it just yet.
