i moved my castle and need to know how to pull my castellans out of my old outposts so that I can create new ones closer to my new location.

the castellan will not be lost if you loose your outpost / surrender it

I think that he meant to hold the Outpost, but using the castellans to capture other OPs or otherwise have more than 3 OPs
