2 questions:

1) Do resources go back to your main after the moon storm?
2) And do resource islands go past the storage capacity?

I don't think resources go back.

It would be sick if you get the resources back on your main, since you can capture 40 islands in a day and have 400k resources.
And yes, you can go through past the storage capacity for resources + aqua ( if you captured islands)
