I know due to the amount of bollocks I talk this will sound a little bit 'Boy Who Cried Wolf' but has anyone else seen a new villager that just stands there clapping? I noticed it in Storm? If someone can get a screenshot or even better a little video clip it'd help me convince my alliance that I'm not talking out of my other end...

I have been playing almost 4 years and have only seen him once. It was in my Burning Sands Castle and he was only there for a few seconds. It would be interesting to know what triggers him.

I think that he is a spy. when your settlement has been spied and it was not a failure.
If some one could check this out by having a friend send spies to your castle and watch to see if he pops up.

It's a random occurrence, but because of those suck-ups that offer you resources, their spawn is limited.

It would actually be cool if there was this subtle message that you'd been spied on. However, because of fast feathers limiting the time to about 1 second (isn't actually 1 second) it would be very unlikely that you be on in the right time, in the right castle, looking at the right thing. Later on, you can barely ever see the actual castle grounds, the one with the grass and stone pathways.
