I always thought that if you had your gates open that you couldn't loose buildings from destroy comm's.

But recently I have heard that you can.

I know that the answer is probably obvious, and I will be made fun of for this question. But I was just wondering if someone could confirm one way or the other.

You can't lose buildings when your gates are open.
