Attack tools got glory bonuses let's make defending tools have em too.

Some ~+20% ones for the CY and ruby ones having ~+5%, that gets you upto a maximum of 600% extra glory. Makes defending bigger hits worthwhile. Players can usually have ~150 +5% glory banners in PvP hits. That gives em the benefit compared to the defender who gets upto 150k? with max bonuses and huge hit incoming.

Make the CY ones in samurai shop so it gives a mixture to events and the wall ones in events and shop. PLEASE and thank you
