I have no idea what to do every time I message GGE they keep saying to reset it but I can't the person with my account won't go offline and has changed the email and password what do I do!! Please help anyone.

To change the email they would need acces to your email so either that dude that "hacked" your account is a por (highly unlikely) or b) you had easy to guess passwords c)he already had acces to your email etc. d)you just shared your password and he changed it and you never had a real email attached to your account e)you bought the account and got scammed

So in all caes excep the unlikely one it is your own fault

My honest advice is to raise a ticket with full information of what happened. Oh, no, wait, probably better not, as you were breaching ToS anyway and will probably get a full ban.

My new advice is to move along and play with an account that's actually yours instead
