how do I donate something or a bunch of things to an alliance member? Or even a friend?

There's not really a way to donate stuff to people. You can donate resources and rubies to the alliance funds, send tool or resource gifts to a player, or send resources between castles with a marketplace. That's about it.

What level do you need to be at before you can send resources to another castle? UPDATE: I figured it out. Thanks.
