Are you sure you're not getting your coin/ruby rewards for leveling up/completing quests? Keep an eye on it; you're probably spending them somewhere. (A biggie for the coins)

If you've carefully recorded your coin/ruby counts and are sure that you are not receiving your rewards, contact support
