Topic: [374627] How to play horizons?

Hey so its my first time in this horizons event and im not too sure how to win exactly. I scraped together some coins to launch and attack on a city state but then it dissapeared.

Is there like some time where everything resets? I heard that an outers event had 6 hours reset periods. If so I would like to know so I could try to time my attacks better.

Any other tips or tricks would be well appreciated :)

Here we go.

So that city state probably disappeared because its occupation time was up.

If you launch an attack on a city state that was already capped, if the occupation time ends before your army reaches, the city state will disappear so make sure you time it right.

For coins, the best thing to do is cap city states that havent been capped yet. Once you cap it, sell all the castle gardens in it.

Each one is worth almost 6 i think so 8 will get you close to 50k. (But remember, a player can have only 1 city state at a time and an alliance can only have 5 throughout its members)

About the refresh time. I think its around 3:45 am IST. I dont know where you live obviously so you can convert that to your local time zone on google.

To hold onto your points, make ALL of the playing BTH members of your alliance make some points (otherwise they wont get rewards) and then designate who will be on defence and who will be on offence. Also make a timetable for who can cap a city state when because again, you can only hold 1 per player and 5 per alliance and the occupation time is 8 hours. Therefore, if you can time it right, you can go through 15 city states per alliance in 1 day. That is 1.5 million points!

Yeah, thank you for the tips. This is a very brutal place but with a little strategy I think its possible to place well.

Thanks again!
