How lang can you stay logged-off before your castle turns into ruins?
If my castles turns into ruins, do I have to start all over again?

Your castle turns into ruins in your level+1 days.If it turns into ruins you will have to start again.

Just use the following equation X+1 (X being the level you are) = how long it will take for your castle to turn into ruins while you are absent.
So, if your level 25 it will take 26 days of inactivity on your account till it turns into ruins.

Your castle turns into ruins in your level+1 days.If it turns into ruins you will have to start again.
Actually, no, if your castle turns to ruins, you don't have to start again, as your castle is still there. You have to go to ruins 14+ days to have your account deleted.

Yes, Once in ruins, it start to fall apart though and starts loosing stuff.

I let my castle go for a week or 2 and when I logged back in I had to start all over. But the issue I had with moving my castle was still there. I still can't move. Can someone please delete me immediately so I can start over???? I contacted support they are taking their sweet ass time. The last time I contact them they asked what is the problem. What a stupid question when I already told them the problem. As far as I am concerned Support is useless in this game.
Right now I found a castle but it says waiting to be deleted. What is that suppose to mean and how long?
This game is also very laggy. And don't sit there and tell me to delete cookie, etc. I have done all that and do in on a regular basis.

you can only move your castle to another ruins. if your computer lags, check how much free RAM you have and if Flash is updated, defraging also helps.

That is not true, you can move your castle also to a free space.

If you're talking about getting banned (permanently or temporarily), then it's generally because you've done something wrong and broken the rules: multi-account, password-sharing, swearing and all that obvious stuff. However, there is a 10 minute ban for something completely different that occurs if you're logged in for too long, but unless that's why you where asking, you don't really need to know. It's just something to try to prevent cheaters.

Well,know that there are many free spaces by the edges of the map.Not all free spaces come from ruins
