i have 50 two handed and heavy xbow

to tell the truth. maybe
1. if you are a rubies player then yes you can.
2. if you can be only more than 7 hours per day to farm resource and making troops then yes you can
3. If you play for pleasure then no you cannot

You cannot finish the event unfortunately. However, I could recommend you to defeat the first couple towers and then take the loot/kingsgaurd home. I did that last time, only got 20 when I was lvl 28.
I can agree with number one, however that would be wasting rubiesto tell the truth. maybe

2. You don't have to be online 7 hrs a day. I spend an hour or two to farm resources and to make troops and I get 7000-10,000 of each resource!
3. What's the point of a game if you arent playing for pleasure?

18000 to repaire the bridge!! i have 54000. x 3 = 162000 to send. i wonder where the difference is. no wonder some have got the play finished in no time. it stops for me here, pff

If you attack them, you get an acheivement of like 30 pts and it counts as a tower.
Im too lazy to continue doing the thorn king, having troubles in the other kingdoms...

Once you quit the thorn king and you are online like everyday, i learned that you could demolish storage! Gets you some resources. I only need 2 now that im not farming resources!

Pretty much. And you don't need to worry about building too many storages, because once you got a big supply of food, you can destroy some storages to make room for other buildings and your food will stay the same amount.

Just to confirm, this thread is about the ORIGINAL, FIRST Thorn King event and does NOT have any information based on any subsequent events with the same name. I am not planning to update this thread based on any new events.

Nice too see you back bob. Looks like you missed out on the thorn king... I remember there was a bunch of threads with complaints on the first one and you went to all of them and said, "Its a good event, no rubies required" and stuff like that. I remember I found a wood village in ice and let you take it. Good times...

Secret achievement: The Cows of Terror. Once you defeat the third tower on the top, there will be a little cow. If you click on it, it's a hidden tower. If you defeat it, you get the secret achievement and resources.
