Also at level 27 you unlock Storage (level 4) and Marketplace (level 4)

Woodcutter level 6 - Level 20
Marketplace level 3 - Level 21
Encampment level 3 - Level 29
Bakery level 2 - level 18
By the way regarding your signature, nerds are most certainly not necessarily intelligent at all and usually indulged in fiction such as that of Marvel comic book franchise or science fiction like Startrek. Geeks on the contrary are more interested in the non-fiction Sciences as well as other forms or methods of data be it either an algorithm or equation. Both having the overlapping similarity of being socially inept (from a generalised view-point of course). Of course different regions and cultures have their own exact interpretations but that is how I understand it is from a universal point of view.

They are not necessarily intelligent but the word commonly refers to a clever person. The phrase (or whatever you would call it) doesn't have to be literally correct.
I'll add the buildings in a sec.

Geek is a lot more often referred as to someone who is intelligent, while Nerd can simply be someone plays World of Warcraft 54 hours a week. I just found it a bit odd hence why I pointed it out.
Also, said sentence doesn't sound bitter in the slightest.

Point taken. I've changed it to "geek". (Only 54 hours a week? :P)
Changing the subject back to buildings, I've made some major edits:
1. I've put the maximum level next to the level you unlock e.g.
Woodcutter (level 1/9)
2. I've added "(D)" next to decorations e.g.
Park (D)
3. I've added the levels (and maximum levels) for all buildings - even the ones with only 1 level e.g.
Hideout (level 1/1)
4. I've updated the bit at the end giving credit to people who have contributed to this thread.

for town houses, I think that you get the level ups for them at the same levels as dwellings, also, are you sure that you dont get townhouses until level 10? because ruby players are supposed to be able to use them interchangebly with dwellings, so they would need them at level 4 for the first dwelling quest

The information for the town houses didn't come from me, but if the person (I forget who) who said that the level for the first town house could please confirm, maybe with a screenshot, then that would be helpful.
EDIT: Your theory certainly seems to be right, at least from the screenshots I have. I'll add them in but if anyone can prove/disprove the theory then that would be helpful. I'll leave town house level 1 at 10 because I vaguely remember unlocking the first bit of the town house after dwellings, and I thought "what a stupid building" (I have learnt since that they are useful, but only for ruby players who already have bakeries, watchtowers, lvl 2 stables etc.).
Aaa343, you could well be right, but it would help if you could give us a screenshot showing an example of a town house being unlocked at the same time as a dwelling (on the "level up screen").
I have decided that we are nearly at the end of this list, so I think that some screenshots of the different level up screens would be nice. I am going to add my own, but could everyone with a link to a level up screen please post them here?

i think town houses are unlocked the same level as dwellings. so town house level 3 would be unlock at the same level when dwelling level 3 is unlocked

I'm not sure... we need proof because we have contradictory statements about getting town house level 1 at level 10. If that happened, then when would you unlock town house level 2, because you earn dwelling level 2 at level 6, and you can't earn town house level 2 before town house level 1.

Updated.
Screenshots would really be useful - I might be able to post some higher level ones when I get there, but I'm not going to be able to get any lower level ones unless I start another account in another world, and I don't plan to do that, at least not in the forseeable future.

Bump.
Hey, guys, guess what? Yesterday, I started another account (yes, it's on a different world to my original one), so I am going to keep track of when I get Bakery level 3, get a load of screenshots of the level up screens, and confirm the town house upgrades (and add the rest). It's already level 7, close to level 8, so I can upload and post some screenshots I have already soon.

I was thinking about we also could include resource cost and/or building time
Or will it be too messy?
