Probably from battle report (if you click on a soldier it brings up the stats)

Or from the attack display window (if you spy on a castle, when you attack it you can click on a flank and then see the stats for each soldier)

You missed the Demon slayer and the Assassin. They are the fastest troops in the game with a speed of 70. All the sites are not up to date. They are also the strongest after demon and deathly horrors.
