not sure I read this right....attack 125 robber barons to level 3? What a waste of time...
You can just attack two barbarian fortresses a day and get 300 rubies, that's 2100 rubies in one weak and 8400 rubies a month

Right, well that's incorrect for a start. You don't get rubies from EVERY level 3+ RBC, but there is a CHANCE that you will.
It's also bad advice - you only get to level up 150 NPCs in all kingdoms and you probably want to be able to attack more than 25 towers in other kingdoms.

Terrible Idea, I get 30 rubies losing a few soldiers attacking cultists and 150 losing ~37- 40 from fortresses
