Hey everyone
Now I know that loads of you guys out there have billions of these so for the lower levels
(I'm talking level 4 - 19) , this is a little something that explains extremely shortly about the high level soldiers that you can recruit WITHOUT RESEARCH.
I know it's not much for you low levels, but I spent time on it.
