Okay, if someone has a lot of guards in their castle, and for a 34% accurate espionage you have a 50% chance of being caught but you need the espionage horribly, just forget about it! That's a thirty-four percent accuracy! That's enough to tell you that there's something at the front, flanks and keep. Well, no dip, Sherlock! Just don't be an idiot and do that. It'll save you both time and money.

There is no way to do 34% accuracy on an espionage, the lowest is 50%......

I have no idea what you are talking about Minimans, there is absolutely no relation whatsoever between risk of accuracy and defensive set-up. Just because spying on someone is difficult doesn't mean they have a lot of troops there and some people are constantly moving their troops around, so sometimes they could have 2000 troops and sometimes 0, depends when you spy on them, but the risk of being caught would remain the same. Same goes for whether they have defenders on all walls.

...
Having a defensive set up where there's troops (and/or tools) at all flanks is stupid.
As has been said before, a 34% accurate espionage doesn't exist.
If you really did "need the espionage horribly", how is someone suggesting to "forget about it" useful?
You should ALWAYS espionage on a target before attacking. If you were talking about espionage in general when you said "don't ... do that", then YOU'RE the idiot.
Generally, using 100% accurate espionage is GOOD and anything less is just vague and annoying.
It is almost impossible to have such a high risk (50%) if you use a decent number of spies - 20 is the max for high levels, but even people with only level 2 taverns can get 9 spies.
How is not doing an espionage (but still checking out risk by testing the castle) saving anyone time?
Depending on level and coin strategy, coins shouldn't be a problem and if you can't afford it then you shouldn't be doing espionage or attacking anyone in the first place.
I really don't see the point of this thread. We've already got useful information on espionage, but your post doesn't seem like anything new, and doesn't seem useful at all.
