how do you cancel moving?

You can't. You get plenty of messages to confirm the move, so one it starts it can't be cancelled.

What's the deal that's second time this week that question has been asked, are people just screwing around with the move castle option or what?

it's fun to see the new option but sometimes curiosity takes you too far and you click it by mistake. It almost happens to me when I try it, give me a heartache though :P
