because without honor you don't have much of a chance into getting into some of the elite alliances you but i don't see the point of having glory if you lose two percent of it every day

Honor gets you into really good alliances and makes you look strong. Glory gives you good rewards (700 or 1000 rubies!) and gives you access to kingsgaurd units, second most powerful unit in the game after travelling knights.

Ya gotta take into account too. If you have a lot of honor at a low lvl as in 1500 say you'll have people traveling three or four hundred miles to attack you 'cause they want some. So the more honor you get, the more you should concentrate on defense. I know this from experience,(just had 3 huge attacks in 12 hours). Go for the honor anyway though 'cause like everyone else said it does give many perks.

they are the 3rd most powerful. 1st Demon soilders "which you get for having a high honour ranking" another reason to have good honour.
2nd Travelling knights
3rd Kingsguard. ( you can also recruit kingsguard soilders if your alliance controls the capital"
