if so can u abandone an outpost

you can not some one has to seal it that's how i did it

Put the Outpost on the screen and then go to the lower right hand corner of your screen and hit the "economy" box. Scroll up to the Red Throne Chair and click. Lower right hand corner of the screen you will see a symbol that will allow you to abandon the outpost.

I suggest you transfer out all resources you can, troops and destroy as many buildings as you can (to recover some to the resources you spent to build them) before you hit the button. Otherwise it all goes.
