I want to unlock the achievement when you complete a military espionage with 90% risk of getting caught. Help. Please!!

See go and spy on some one with 90% and set the risk of being caught on 90% and then send it if it get caught then no points and if they come back with a report then you get points :!:

just keep going. Send as many runs with 1 spy in them as you can. It may take some time, it took me 40 spionages before I completed that achievement. So, tip, find some1 close!

Best to do it on a robber baron (it doesn't have to be very high level before 1 spy will have 90% risk), but it will work on a player of course if you don't mind them probably getting lots of "Espionage: Repelled" messages from you.

that is why you sent a message to that player, and that player must be your empire friend, or else they might think your going to have a war with them
