How can I create an outpost on ice?
I do not see any free outpost on ice like on the grass.
Is there another way to create this?

No, there are no outposts in ice. But you can conquer villages to boost your production. Each village helps you with one resource, either stone, wood or food. You can have up to 5 villages for each resource in ice, 10 in desert and 15 in volcano - or so I heard.

It used to be 10 there as well, then it got changed to 5, but some people still have over 5 from before it was changed.

First thing to do is make sure the ice is thick enough....
Seriously - good luck with it. Most new RVs (resource villages) spawn around the edge of the settled area of the map.

you can get five of each rv type and the first you should go for is food since they are a huge boost then go for other ones since they are mostly gotten straight away by big players.

outposts in ice/sand/fire are like rv's, they increase production but you can't build or anything:)

just a quick quastion if any of you can help me with are all the words so full of player? im talking about the Everwinter Glaciar north are the other 3 (S,E,W) this crowded as well?

When you choose north for Everwinter Glacier, it's not a different world. It's just the same section of the same world. So you can find someone who selected "south" just by scrolling down the map (although they might be a few hundred miles away).
Think of it like the real world - choosing north is like choosing a continent (say, Europe), not a different planet (like Uranus).
