can't keep enough food production.... I have 12 level 4 farmhouses. I have level 2 storage, flour mill, backery.

where did I screw up? how do I fix it.

Keep buildings farmhouses I guess,or kill off troops

Maybe level up your farmhouses, if not then yes kill some of your troops

Maybe your public order is terribly low, build more decorations or decrease your population

Incidentally, bakeries don't increase production: they decrease consumption (which is even better, in this case).

You may have too big an army for your level. Apart from that, I have no other ideas to add to what other people have said.

You have too many soldiers and you need to kill some or build more farm houses. You have one big army for your level.

you either have too many troops, too low public order, or not enough high level farmhouses

You lack a bit of detail in your case, however i suggest adding more decorations for public order, DO NOT build more farm houses. each farm after your third one will produce less and less food. this is a fact. With the number of farms you have, it is very likely that some of them barely produce enough food for ten troops. This can only be helped by increasing your public order. And you'll have to MAX OUT your public order for that to happen. other then that you can do what i do. I keep a large food base in both my outposts and i daily send 5000 food to my main castle. and attacking robber barrons also keep food intake at the same level. Im not sure what level you are, or how much castle room you have either but these seem like the most valid choices for you. Good luck~

I agree in this case, since the OP stated that they had 12 farmhouses (which is enough in a main castle for a level 60 player). However, this advice doesn't work for everyone, and due to diminishing resources on both farmhouses AND public order, you need to get a balance. High PO AND lots of high level farmhouses.

But seriously, 12 farmhouses, Henrick? I wouldn't suggest you demolish them, but don't get any more.

i recommend you level up as quick as possible and upgrade or build more farmhouses.... And decorative items increase your food production so do that too...... there is also another way, either divide your soldiers and loot food from different places or kill your soldiers.......

1. upgrade your storage level if it u reach limit to store food
2. u have 12 farmhouse, it is ok, u can upgrade your frmhouse up
but your farmhouse is already number 1 to 12 which u may already mix them.
The 1st 3 is 100% production, 4th 1 is 75% of preceding 1, that i s75%, 5th is 75 % of preceding 1, that 75%x75%=56%
make sure u have info window on ( the "i" at your lower left corner ), u click farmhouse, u will find that farmhouse production, u will c those 100%, 75%, 52%..etc clearly,
select 100% to upgrade 1st, later 75%...etc < do not upgrade lowest production farmhouse 1st >
3. upgrade your flour mill which increase all farmhouse production
4. upgrade bakery which reduce soldier comsumption
5. Research 3crop inside research tower which increase food production
6. Build high PO decoration (like festival square) which increase all resource (include food production)
7. a. send soldier to farm rbc/tower/fortress to get new food
b. send soldier to farm rbc/tower/fortress to get new food w/o replacement, w/o replacement will reduce your soldier amount which decrease food consumptionn
c.send soldier to farm rbc/tower/fortress to get new food w/o seigh tools, to get mor eloss during farming so that fod consumption further reduce
d. send soldier to farm rbc/tower/fortress to get new food 2/o seigh tools and w/o replacement
8. Farm players and use conc on food. If u lost, u greatly reduce food consumption. If u win, u also reduce food comsumption as u lost soldier but u "loot" some food back to support
< take care, if u do it too extensive, u will target as bully and attrack revenge from "justice" player
9. get a 8food outpost and build it up , so that outpost can supply food to your main

to many soldiers or dwellings the eat up food fast. try getting outposts to get more food.

man, i have the same problem, i have 15-25 decorative items, a flour mill and 3 level 3 farm houses, man, i suck ;(

If you can grab some rubbies then build a bakery in castle and outposts,it cuts down how much your troops eat there for you can recruit more and build an army :-)

Conqueror9 Gives the best answer. The only thing I can add, is visit different castles and if you find one where it's it's in flames and it's outposts all the time, that castle may be abandoned and it's a good one to harvest resources from. Some times I send the person a msg to let me know if they're still there or get back. good luck.

That's my question. recap:I'll be level 12 in 2 hrs.>How fast will I lvl. to 13 so I can Get a castellan and a food
outpost? I only need to roughly double food production so, this seems viable before time closes the window. Also,
when my construction slot opens up I Plan to build in equal space decerative public order. Scratch that,The PO I
Built was a 1.3/ hr. upgrade next lvl. PO projects to about 20 more per hour.I guess it take 2 1/2, 3 hours to build.
I would run out of space I think before I doubled A level 3 farm Takes about 5 hrs. 15min. So igurss it take about
26 hours not counting sleep. Coughing up rubies would definatly get me out of the woods. I'm going to try to level up. And grab an an outpost. And some facts to my guess work.

Well, that depends on how much XP you need to get to the next level and how fast you will get that XP. How are we supposed to know how fast you'll level up?
