is there any ways to earn rubies fast but without paying for them?

Completing sideline quests - this works best at a lower level, and works especially well for the series of alternating troops/taxes quests
Leveling up at the start - 60 per level gives a total of 3600 over the course of time.
RBCs and towers - little increments for each, but can add up to a wonderful total if you attack frequently.
Highwaymen on treasure maps - more rubies than RBCs with roughly the same amount of defenders.
Fortresses - sand and fire give lots, barbarians can be farmed to get a large amount.
Gaining early glory ranks: getting to the rank of count (under 1000), prince (almost 8000) or even Grand Duke (28K) or the Unyielding (~90K).
The daily login bonus - twice a week

You can't expect everything tpo go quickly,it'll take time and patience,but you can get 3600 rubies just from leveling up altogether.

I've gotten over 3,000 rubies from attacking RBCs

the best way in existence right now when you reach level 60 and can no longer get quest rubies or treasure map rubies or title rubies (if you're King ... the Terrible) is to freely farm dragons. At a loss of roughly 80 kingsguard crossbows, 35 mantlets and 30 ladders you get a nifty 35,000 gold and 370 rubies. Repeat 10 times a day, 3700 rubies a day
Well, theoretically anyways. Chances are you won't find 10 dragons a day because there are about 20 other people near you hunting them down so good luck

Personally, the best is the treasure maps, but if you ran out of them, go for fortresses. A very reliable source.

it is all about the game and helping you alliance attacking RBCs is a good way to get rubies

I know a guy that is getting free rubies. cause he ask me do he want me to show me how. cause he is attacking my outpost twenty time a day with 200 to 400 shadow troops. how is that even possible and why do the game people do something.

Free rubies are easy to get. It's not a cheat. I have thousands.
200 to 400 shadow troops aren't that expensive: 400 mace/xbow costs 12,000 rubies, something that a dedicated player can earn for free (although they'd have to be an idiot to waste their only rubies on shadow troops).
Note that shadow troops can be used more than once - it's not like that player is paying 12,000 rubies every time they attack.
If you really think that he's getting rubies for free by an illegal method - one other than buying them or earning them (i.e. by hacking), ask him to show you how and he is cheating, take a screenshot of the message and send it to support. ***Take this advice at your own free will - I don't want to be held responsible for any consequences.***
