How do I obtain castellans?

You get additional Castellans through upgrading/building your Estate. The Level 1 Estate gives Castellan #1, Level 2 gives #2, and Level 3 gives you your third.

How do I build an estate?

You need to be level 13. The estate can be upgraded at levels 19 and 31.
Please do a search before opening a new thread - it's not rocket science. We must get asked this question at least 10 times per week. The in-game help (blue question mark in the top left hand side of screen, then the top thing on the drop-down menu) also has a section on outposts.
