I don't know why but I still got 2 daily rewards open. Lost my beginner's protection today. And yes, I am very sure that I logged in more than once every day. But alas, I seem not to be able to collect them. Anyone knows the reason?

If you have a BUG to report, put it in the "Technical problems & BUGS" section of the forum. If you have a tip/trick, post it here.

I suggest you post in more detail. Does it not work when you press collect? Does it not show the "collect" button? Will it not give you credit for the daily challenges?

I am very new to this game and therefore hesitate to report bugs. As I simply do not know if there's a bug going on or just a hidden feature that experienced players know well about.

To answer your questions:
* I see two Collect Rewards (Beloningen Ophalen) for day 6 and 7 but they are both dim and can both not be pressed
* when I hoover them I get the message that the reward can only be collected on the ...erm ... due day (betreffende dag). Sorry ... I play Dutch but I couldn't get in the heads of the game developers for this translation

I would say you just report it because Im a level 35 and all I do is press Collect

Well, it sounds like a bug. It's definitely not supposed to happen. So why don't we move this conversation to the bugs section?

It doesn't matter how recently you joined: a bug is still a bug, and you won't be punished even if you were misunderstanding something.

I guess these are not the regular daily rewards, but those that new players can get in the first 7 days.
On Day 5 you cannot collect the rewards for Day 6 or 7, only the one for the actual day, that is Day 5.
