dos anyone know any tricks or secrats to the game that can help me

If you're asking for "cheats" or hidden things, there aren't really any.

If you're asking for advice, you'll need to be a lot more specific. I could give you tips about RBCs, rubies, coins, events, buildings, other castles, fortresses, highwaymen, decorations, glory, honour, achievements or any number of other topics, but that would take several hours and lots of the subjects would be irrelevant to you if you're lower than level ~30.

i do not know how to proceed. i have followed all instructions and now it does not give me anymore of them and want to know what to do next.

You must mean that you've finished the tutorial.

Do whatever you want. I'd advise you to follow the quests in your quest book, but there are lots of things you can do as well. Join an alliance, fight against robber barons, attack other players (if you've come out of protection), build outposts (level 13+) etc.

The tutorial is just a very basic thing to teach you the basics - building stuff, following quests and attacking. Just because it's finished doesn't mean there's nothing left to do.
