How can I transport resources from your castle to another?

You need to build a market in the castle you want to send the resources from.

Then, from the world map, click on the castle that you want to send the resources to. There's a crate icon on the halo, click that and you will see a menu which lets you select the resources to send.

Build a marketplace.
Click on the castle you want to send resources to.
Press the "box" (resource transport) button.
Alter the sliders to choose resources to send.
Press the green tick(s) to send the resources.

Please do a SEARCH before opening a new thread - you're not the first person to ask this, not by a long way.

Build a market place then go on to map click the castle you want to send to and there a like box with arow click that that chose how many you want to send a click tick thean they are off
