I would like to move my castle closer to a friend, but its very far away. Can I move my outposts? If not and they fall into ruin due to not getting supplies in time or getting attacked, can i build more nearer the new castle site?

If you move your castle, your Outpost is going to stay there. You can abandant it, and you'll have 24 hours before it goes back to normal so someone else could get.
