I solved it already
The bully wasnt that strong. Because i attacked him. When i saw my ammount of men coming to him, he begged me to stop. So actually i won.
But what should i do now? Attack him a lot, or just forget about it?
Oh btw, how can i delete this threat?

Why don't you just attack him. If he is only a lv 14 then you should be able to beat him pretty easily. The castle that he said that he attack was probably burning before he attacked it, or he asked a higher lv to attack it for him. I am certain that he lied about the attack on the lv 51, and if he keeps sending you messages and you want him to stop just ignore the player. When you ignore the player he will no longer be able to send you messages.

It is highly unlikly that he beat the lvl51 player. He is lvl14 so he can only posses low level macemen and crossbow men. Even if he had travelling knights, at lvl14 he would fast run out of food. Just attack this guy and burn him.

This guy sounds like a worm. In a honesty, tell him that you don't believe a word he says and then attack him and sabotage him into the ground.

but he says he got veterans and stuff, thats why he is so strong. but when i do something, he attacks me with all his friends. cuz they are in a clan (i dont know what its called in english). and they are probably strong too. because they all got 'Dark' in their names.

It is impossible for a level 14 to have veterans. You can't even get them from daily challenges until level 40.

(The English name for "clan" is "alliance".)
Are you in an alliance? If not, join one - preferably a strong one. They will help you prevent the bullying.

The word "dark" doesn't mean that they're strong - it's just a name. I can call myself "Doctor123", but that doesn't make me a doctor.

i agree with you bullies should be banned i have a guy called legio he is hacking with rubies and he keeps on sending me messages and one time he attacked me with 300 shadow men

Yes i own a alliance with members higher then his alliance. But i mean with that dark, they probably know eachother and all buying rubies. But its solved already. But i got a question. How change in the settings that i recieve an email when somebody answering a threat?

If you have proof that he's actually hacking, send it to support (see my signature).

If not, well, how do you define bullying? There's no rules against bullying per se because what exact rule would they have? "No bullying allowed" might be a start. So if I attack someone 20 levels beneath me, even if they sabotaged me, would that be bullying? If I attacking someone twice, is that bullying? If I consistently attack members of an alliance (even if we're at war with them), is that bullying? If I tell someone to give me resources or I'll attack them (which is specifically stated to be within the rules), is that bullying?

You can't just say "bullies should be banned" because you need rules before you can start banning people. And since there is no exact definition of what situation is "bullying" and what isn't, you can't make a rule. So you can't ban anyone for "bullying" - all you can do is ask players to help you out, which is fair enough, really. Support shouldn't have to be dealing with every whining 3 year old who thinks someone should be banned because "he bullys me cuz he attacked with lots of people".

You're right. Did I miss something, because unless he just joined your alliance, he couldn't possible have attacked you.
